In today’s class, we talked about interesting things. There were some facts I never knew about in my life. It’s just crazy how all these facts are true, but they are not realized so easily in today’s society. We talked about life expectancy around the world. The U.S was pretty decent with an average around 75, whereas Monaco was around 90 or so. The sad part was that the country, Chad is around 48. Also, that some families of African countries have to have more kids than normal because they know atleast one or two will die from disease, bad water, or some type of bad virus. I thought these facts were very fascinating. I noticed that men live less than women. Mr. Schick described that to us and he said because men do more dangerou jobs than women. Also, he said that China can only have 2 children because there are so many people. I thougth all these facts were fascinating and hope to learn more.
