Freshman Retreat

The Freshman Retreat at St. Margarets on Friday was fun. I had a low expectation for it, but it turned out pretty fun. I thought we had to sit in a mass the entire day, but actually played some games, had fun with the 5 Juniors, and good food from Mrs. Sullivan, and Mr. Myrel. Also, I knew a decent amount of kids there, so it made it better. We had pizza for lunch from Pats, and tasted pretty good. I was happy that I didn’t have to go to classes that day, but still had to make up homework. The main concept of the retreat, is to get to know everyone better. I liked that the Juniors were there, and told us about their freshman experience. They also told us about how to get threw the year. They told us to do your homework because then if you can do bad on tests and still have a bad grade. I had fun on this retreat, and learned some things to do as a Freshman.
