Today in Human Geo, we watched the beginning of a documentary. It was actually very cool. I’m really excited to see the rest of it Tuesday. Usually I hate things teachers make us watch, but this is very interesting and cool to watch. I thought it was funny how the North Korean guards stare at each other all day because they don’t want anyone leaving their country. I also thought it was crazy that one of the South Korean guys had to be held by another South Korean guy when he opened a door because the North Korean people might of grabbed in and made him stay in North Korea. The whole documentary is about a doctor from Nepal who goes around the world to fix cataracts in peoples eyes. The bad part is, the people filming want to also get a glimpse of the life in North Korea. They have to be very cautious that no one see’s because they are only supposed to be filming the doctor. If they get caught they might be thrown in jail, and never get out. I also thought it was very interesting that In the 90's, the average 7 year kid was 8 inches shorter and 22 pounds lighter than kids in South Korea. North Korea is a sick place
